Designed to slip over the end of an Olympic barbell, the Body Iron Ball Grip attachment offers a way to engage in a much easier and more natural movement pattern for perform various landmine exercises, such as squat and shoulder press variations, single arm bent over rows and oblique twists.
To use the ball grip attachment correctly you first need to secure your barbell into the landmine attachment. Then, add your weight to the other end of the of the bar before securing the ball grip against the weight plates.
By adding the ball onto the end of the barbell, you’ll now be able to secure a much stronger and more comfortable grip, helping to correct your form and ensuring that you are performing exercises with proper technique.
