The bar is also compatible with any standard or Olympic weight plates to best suit your gym space. Bearing a huge 250kg weight capacity on the adjustable barbell catches and safety spotters, the Body Iron ALL-IN-ONE Training System FTG30 can meet the training capacities of both advanced and beginner users. The dual pulley system allows for a wider range of functional exercises.
Effortlessly train any muscle group you like with this functional all-in-one training system. Target the upper body and chest with the multi-grip pull-up bar, single handles or smith machine.
