The Body Iron Weight Stack Adapter Plate adds up to an extra 5 kg to your weight stack machine! Compatible with all Body Iron Functional Trainers, Lat Pulldown machines, and All-in-One machines with weight stacks. This adapter plate allows you to increase the weight on existing stacks, helping you lift heavier and reach new fitness goals. It’s an ideal way to customize your workout and break through plateaus. Just insert the Weight Stack Adapter Plate, and get ready to push your limits!
The Body Iron Weight Stack Adapter Plate helps you counterbalance the weight stack if the selector pin isn’t in place. Some multi-exercise machines include a counterbalance feature. In certain exercises, the weight stack might lift if there’s insufficient weight on it. Depending on the machine, you may need one or more adapter plates (typically 1-3) to maintain balance.
Commercial gyms often counterbalance machines to prevent the weight stack from lifting during different exercises. However, physiotherapists and rehab centers may prefer not to counterbalance, as it can increase resistance in certain exercises, which they might want to avoid.
