This BodyIron Commercial Lat Pulldown & Seated Row Machine will turn up the heat on your upper body days! The perfect pin-loaded machine to amp up your pull days, this lat pull down and row machine includes a 110kg cast iron weight stack with convenient pin adjustment.
Featuring a true 1:1 weight ratio, ensuring the resistance you lift matches the selected weight for precise and consistent performance.
The knee hold-down system offers 9 adjustable height settings, ensuring a comfortable and secure fit for effective lat pulldown training.
360° Rotating Knee Pads & Steel Footplate – The knee hold-down pads rotate freely to automatically adjust to your leg position for greater comfort and support during lat pulldowns. For low- high seated rows, a heavy-duty steel footplate provides a stable base, helping you maintain proper posture and generate maximum pulling power.
Works with all standard cable attachments, allowing you to quickly and easily change attachments by unclipping the carabiner hook.
Featuring comfortable foam upholstery with double-stitched vinyl, you can easily adjust the knee pads to suit your height and limb length, meeting the needs of all users.
Its compact and classic design will fit seamlessly into any fitness space make it the ideal machine for both home and commercial gyms.
