The Body Iron Fly Pad attaches to your rack for chest supported fly's and rows. Compatible with any free weights system, the fly pad eliminates the need for a workout bench saving you a ton of valuable floor space.
Offering 4 incline levels the fly pad can support your chest, back, or arms for a variety of exercises, including:

• Dumbbell Reverse Fly's
• Chest Supported Barbell Rows
• Preacher Curls

Made from thick, foam upholstery and covered in black, double stitched vinyl, this chest support attachment was made for tough workouts. You'll feel safe and supported during your training sessions, even when working with heavy weights.
