Easily adjusted to suit all heights, just hang the round chromed bar into one of the holes in the rack uprights, and you're ready to get to work!
Make sure you've bolted your rack to the ground when using the Lateral Shoulder Raise Attachment.

I enjoy the attachment a lot. The fixed arm path makes form, less of an issue especially when fatigued. I have thoroughly enjoyed using this in my workouts.
Definitely a worthwhile attachment, isolates way better than dumbbells and the ability to change the height depending on yours means it is suitable for anyone
Great attachment feels good good movement and looks good too
Did find it a little awkward to put up on rack but that could just be me being unco
Not the easiest to get on the rack with the moving parts, but for the price and minimal footprint you'll be hard pressed to find a better lateral raise machine alternative. The movement doesn't feel quite as nice as a dedicated machine, but its also about 1/10 of the cost.
