Designed to facilitate weight training and functional movements, the Body Iron FT750 Smith Machine is a total package within itself! Equipped with smith machine, cables (including attachments), power rack, and multi-grip chin up bar, this functional trainer can be used to perform all your big compound movements, as well as isolated exercises to help target specific muscle groups. We've even upgraded the standard barbell hooks to a pair of sandwich j-hooks!

The smith machine is a great way for beginner lifters to learn barbell movements without the weight of an Olympic bar, plus with the extra security of the safety catchers, making this a gym package the entire family can enjoy!

The Body Iron adjustable bench is compatible with the functional trainer system, or can be used on its on with your barbell and bumper plates. The 7 incline levels allow for decline, flat and upright positioning's, which is a great tool for enabling you to target each muscle group, particularly in the upper body.

An awesome set up

THe FT750 is a briliant set up and buying it in a package with the ebnch made it great value.

Setting it all up takes some time but was easy enough if you paid close attention to the instructions.

Great setup

The Ultimate Functional Trainer Package is great. It was pretty easy to setup and is as described. Already started using it along with my adult sons and wife. We have paired it with a treadmill and some dumbbells and have the whole setup with no need for a gym membership
