Offering 12 positions, this commercial-grade Body Iron weight bench has been designed to meet the requirements of any fitness space, without breaking the bank.
Due to its versatility alone this is a must have piece of fitness equipment. The Body Iron Commercial Adjustable Bench 530MB can be incorporated into any strength, cardio or functional training program, and can be used to perform an abundance of exercises such as; incline, decline, flat and military presses, triceps dips, Bulgarian split squats, bench hops and elevated push ups.
Due to its adjustable back pad, this bench is great for achieving a well-rounded workout. By allowing the body to work at different angles you are able to target more muscle fibres, which over time, will help you develop muscle strength and size.
