The Body Iron Compact Sled is the perfect piece of equipment for conditioning and building both upper and lower body strength. The compactness of the product allows for easy transportation and storage, making it a versatile and convenient option for individuals who may not have access to a traditional gym and want something smaller for the house.
The sled does not have many added features due to its compact nature, however the top of the sled has a carabiner attachment which allows for a rope to be connected and widens up the range of exercises that can be performed with this piece of equipment. The foldaway weight pin serves the perfect function to contribute to the portability of this product.
By utilizing the carabiner attachment with a rope, this can help to target more of the upper body muscles as it gives the opportunity to perform exercises such as a hand over hand rope sled pull or a high plank rope sled pull to target the core as well. Pushing or pulling the sled along the ground will engage your lower body muscles and can also help to improve balance and coordination.
The sled can be used on virtually any flat surface therefore with its portability, this means the product can be taken everywhere with you. Simply pack the product and some weight plates in order to increase the resistance to provide an even more challenging workout.
