This reactive catch trainer helps athletes develop hand-eye coordination and athletic intelligence while engaging their brain and body to read and react. The three-pointed design features rounded ends and centre for ergonomic catching and throwing. Simply toss in the air and call out a colour to catch. These athletic intelligence products are designed to develop specific skill sets and can be combined in drills to customise training.
