With the ability to be manoeuvred into 5 different positions, all 1 inch (2.54cm) apart, this arm curl allows you target the upper, lower and middle bicep, as well as your triceps, to achieve a wicked arm day burn!
Built with a dense, 2 inch foam, covered in a sleek black vinyl, this arm curl attachment offers lavish comfort and style, sure to last years in your home gym. It even includes a barbell catcher at the bottom of the pad for maximum safety and support.
