A perfect attachment to your existing Next Fitness FID Bench. Get more out of your bench and space with this great attachments.
Leg Extensions target all four heads of the Quadricept muscles. Leg Curls will focus on your hamstring muscles and will also incorporate your glute muscles for full lower body muscle development. This attachment also has three different adjustment points to suit all different shapes and sizes.
The Preacher Arm Curl Attachment is made from heavy duty gauge steel, complimented by a comfortable thick padded arm rest covered with durable upholstery. Comes complete with a racking point for an EZY Curl Bar or Barbell.
Leg Extension and Preacher Arm Curl Attachment can’t be sold separately and are only sold as a set.
Fid Bench, Weight plates and Ezy bar not included.

There are many different benches and attachments on the market. This particular Leg Extension and Preacher curl can only be used with the Next Fitness Pro and Next Fitness Utility FID Multi Bench.
We will not accept ant returns due to compatibility issues of attachments not fitting onto a bench that is not the Next Fitness Pro or Next Fitness Utility FID Multi Bench.
