Not all training spaces are always training spaces. The free standing rack is two individual sides of both a forward and rear upright with chrome finish steel bar pins and matching safety rails. This rack also comes with a chrome finish safety rail that is easily adjustable to the height of your choosing. Two freestanding uprights make this rig adjustable to suit the spacing required for your chosen exercise as well as the easy of being able to separate and tuck away for easy storage.
