Description
A great introductory Adjustable Incline bench with adjustable four key positions upright, incline, flat and decline. The bench supports a variety of upper body exercises, including dumbbell presses, chest flies, shoulder presses, sit ups and step ups.
Suitable for home fitness, this bench uses a very minimal about of room as it is very compact and can easily stored under your bed for storage. Both the support legs can be easily folded down to enable the bench to be flattened for easy storage.
The bench comes with an upholstered foam back pad and seat for comfort and support.
