The Marcy Flat Bench MSN-10510 is fitted with 2.5" of high-density foam, built for comfort and functionality. Pair it with some free weights and the exercise possibilities are limitless.
Used on its own, the Marcy Flat Bench is great for targeting your core muscles. Some of the exercises that can be performed with this bench include, but are not limited too, crunches, flutter kicks and leg raises.
