Simple yet effective, the Marcy MSB10100 Deluxe Utility Bench will be the perfect new addition to your home gym!
Offering four levels of incline adjustment, as well dual foot pads, this adjustable weight bench enables you to target all the major muscle groups (including those stubborn triceps), with a single piece of equipment.
Particularly helpful in shaping the upper body, the Marcy MSB10100 has a massive weight capacity of 272kg. Pair this with a set of dumbbells and you have the perfect combination to start building your arms, shoulders, chest and back.
The built in foot pads can be used to lock your body into position during decline exercises, to stabilise your legs during lower body workouts, or to be used as handles for various upper body movements such as incline push ups.
