ProForm's carbon strength adjustable bench delivers versatile support for your at-home strength training routine. A reinforced frame has been tested to support a total of 277kg, and can easily adjust between decline, flat, incline, and military positions.
A spring-locked pull-pin system allows you to quickly and effortlessly shift between positions, minimizing interruptions during your training routine.
Box stitched seats are more durable than traditional vinyl, providing an easy-to-clean surface that protects against premature wear. A high-density foam backrest ensures that your training will be as comfortable as it can be while providing the necessary support while you develop and practice good workout techniques.
Anti-slip rubber feet work to stabilize your training so that you don't have to worry about slipping as you hold the weight above your head. Whether you need to move your bench during or between workouts, the transport handle and integrated wheels allow for easy movement of your equipment.
