The 28mm grip and 20psi rating means the Body Iron Titan will be slightly thinner than you regular powerlifting bar and have a little less whip than a deadlifting bar. This makes it highly versatile and well-suited for most your major barbell movements, including deadlifts, Olympic lifts, squats, bench press and bent over rows.
For all our deadlifting fanatics, the standard knurl makes this barbell grippy enough for you to lift around 70% of your max lift without any chalk.
