Pros
- Reasonable price for combination of functionality, weight limit and storability
- Easily adjustable
- Seat angle is adjustable
Cons
- Bench back is a little short - I’m around 180 cm tall (approx. 5’9”) and head is only just supported when back is inclined - not at all an issue for me, but probably won’t work for you if you’re much taller
- Seat is not well positioned relative to pads, which is a problem because (1) You have to use quite a bit of force to move the backrest into the most upright position, as the bottom of it squishes against the back edge of the seat, and (2) When doing sit-ups with the backrest lowered, my sit bones aren’t supported because they end up in the gap between the backrest and the seats; this issue could be solved if the top circular pads were adjustable
