Used to perform traditional leg press, hack squat, forward thrusts and calf raises, this machine combines four timeless movements into one super powered unit. By allowing for such a wide variety of exercises you'll be able to effectively target your quadriceps, hamstring, glutes, and calves for a fully rounded leg day.
Another major benefit of this hack squat is that your body moves at a 45 degree angle. This provides a greater range of motion while also protecting your back from carrying heavy loads. This means you'll be able to lift heavier with more ease. Win, win!
To keep up with your heavy lifting days, this lower body machine has a huge 450kg weight capacity, and can be loaded up with Olympic weight plates. It also allows for three lockout positions that are completely under the users control.
Additional features include the large, non-slip foot, dual support handles, and the ultra-thick, double-stitched upholstery for maximum safety, stability and support.
